Detailed Requirements:
• At least one (1) year of outbound call center experience or equivalent to the aforementioned experience.
• Skill in outbound sales closing.
• Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
• Ability to act quickly, rebut and go for the close.
• Ability to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
• Ability to work in a time critical environment.
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to multi task and independently manage and follow through with pending customer transactions.
• Must be self-motivated, have strong and aggressive personality and never takes “NO” for an answer.
• Good understanding of MS Windows XP operating system.
• Good understanding of MS Office 97 to 2003; and
• Good understanding of MS Outlook or other email systems.
