Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills. * With strong customer service orientation. * At least 6 months experience in a technical support environment. * Understanding of service & support operations best practices. * Strong experience in Desktop set-up , configuration, Network Operations and Network Security. * Knowledgeable in MS Operating Systems, Network technologies (DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing), Antivirus, Servers (ISA), Firewalls etc. * Certified in Microsoft, Cisco or Linux is an advantage. * Lotus Domino capable. * Database and managing email systems. * Required language(s): English. * Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.Join our EXCLUSIVE JOB FAIRS!
